MRLD is memory base reconfigurable LSI. MRLD is the structure which lined a core of a memory (SRAM) a lot and connected an address line and data line each other, and the switch device like FPGA and complicated wiring are unnecessary, it's possible low power consumption at high speed.MRLD can also take out the high performance by an old-fashioned process. An IP of the general SRAM a fab offers can be used, and it's possible to decrease in cost.The Non-volatile memory as well as the SRAM are available for use. MRLD can be used in an old-fashioned process, it is also capable of mix with analog circuit. MRLD is also suitable for an edge computing of IoT equipment and AI processing of the data center side, and it is advancing development for the use of the motor control and the signal processing of a sensor.The circuit construction of MRLD will be similar with neural network from now on, the use to the artificial intelligence (AI) is continue in the development.We will exhibit MRLD2 and MRLDF produced by 110nm generation process. MRLD2 is the chip which included CPU core and an analog circuit as well as MRLD in Reconfigurable logic block, and MRLD-F is chip of MRLD core.
