Mie Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited, established in December 2014, is a leading logic wafer foundry in Japan. Our 300mm wafer fab, located in Kuwana City, Mie, provides foundry services on process nodes from 90nm to 40nm.
We are building a platform for ultra-low power technology based on deeply depleted channel (DDC) transistors and embedded non-volatile memory technology. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing the development of RF and millimeter wave technologies to meet the various demands for automotive and IoT markets.
We will be contributing to the development of society by improving the competitiveness and performance of our customers' products, with our stringent production management system, highly experienced engineers, continuous productivity improvement, and risk management capabilities including hybrid seismic isolation structures and LNG bases.
Here in ET2017, we are going to introduce deeply depleted channel (DDC) transistor, which will dramatically extend the battery’s life at the time of driving battery and will be integrated with energy harvesting in the future.
